RETRO CLASSICS BAVARIA is the Nuremberg offshoot of the Stuttgart RETRO CLASSICS. It is billed as the traditional end of the driving season, and its 10th edition runs from 6 to 8 November 2026 at NürnbergMesse. It has been organised by RETRO Messen GmbH since 2016.
The scale is regional rather than international, which suits buyers who want to browse without the crush of the spring shows. For 2026 around 150 exhibitors are expected with oldtimers, youngtimers and the organiser's NEO CLASSICS category of modern collectibles, along with dealers, specialists, parts and services. The organiser expects around 16,000 visitors.
Past editions have included a RETRO NIGHT on the Friday evening, running from 18:00 to around midnight. The show shares the NürnbergMesse site with Consumenta, which runs from 31 October to 8 November 2026, so expect a busy exhibition centre.
The Nuremberg show sits in a wider family. RETRO CLASSICS ESSEN follows on 14-18 April 2027 and RETRO CLASSICS in Stuttgart on 29 April to 2 May 2027, so collectors can treat Nuremberg as the last stop of 2026 and a preview of the spring season. Details of 2026 special shows were not available from the organiser at the time of writing.
RETRO CLASSICS BAVARIA has been held at NürnbergMesse since 2016 and reaches its 10th edition in 2026.
